Nov. 27, professor MaoLiSong from zhejiang university came to Huali, made the lecture 5 of the MPT project-- the value chain integration and process management. Trainees understand the process definition from 7 element: Investment, activity, process, production, customer, time, value, which is related activities process as a group to create value for customers. Process can be divided to operation process and management process. Trainees fully understood the importance of process management and process is the core competitiveness of modern enterprise management from this study. During the training, the trainees analysis, design the department process, and optimize the process by this training, find practical optimal process to service enterprise.
